Inspired by Mexican paletas, Steel City Pops feature ingredients that are natural or certified organic, and whenever possible, locally harvested. All pops—both fruity and creamy—are gluten-free and have no refined sugars. The fruity pops are also vegan and made in small batches to maximize flavor and freshness.

Owner Jim Watkins and his staff dreamed up some great pops for the holidays again this year. Last holiday season, the special pops had customers excited about experiencing the flavors of Christmas in an unexpected treat. Flavors such as gingerbread, eggnog, chocolate mint, carrot cake, and tupelo honey will be back this year, along with a new fruity pop addition, quince.

Steel City Pops can be found at their store in Homewood, at The Summit, in Tuscaloosa, and at The Pantry in Crestline Village. Steel City Pops vending carts are also available for private events and at a discount for bulk orders.
