Family Yoga in the Gardens

Birmingham Botanical Gardens

Bring the whole family (ages 3 and up) to this family yoga series with instructor Annie Damsky. Starting at 9 a.m., this energetic class will incorporate individual and partner yoga poses for strength and balance, plus breathing exercises to help foster calm and focus.
