The search for the cutest baby in B’ham is on! Enter your beautiful baby’s picture for the chance for your little one to be one of the 8 adorable babies featured in the October issue of B-Metro Magazine.

Timbre Art Opening with Liz Lane

Liz Lane is a Birmingham artist who creates abstract alternate plains and landscapes using oil paints on canvas. She will have many never before seen works for sale during her show, and the first 25 people to arrive can enter to win an original painting by Lane. At this 12th annual art festival, more than 50 Alabama artisans who produce new work every year will have their work on display and for sale–this is a great opportunity to get original, one-of-a-kind local pieces. D’Armond Catering will have its food truck on site both days.

World Cup 2014 at Iron City

Birmingham Barons vs. Mississippi Braves

The 2013 season proved to be one of the most memorable in the long and storied history of Birmingham baseball as the Barons celebrated their return to downtown with the franchise’s 14th Championship. Cheer on the Barons as they play against the Mississippi Braves next week.
