May 8 from 5 – 7:00 PM
Vino in English Village

Join B-Metro as we celebrate the outstanding women featured in our May issue. Women and men are invited to attend this free premier networking event, which will include complimentary food, a cash bar, and door prizes.

MayFest Carnival

Outlet Shops of Grand River

The carnival is coming to The Shops! This five day event features 14 carnival rides–including a giant slide–and traditional carnival food for guests to enjoy. Best of all, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Leeds Education Foundation, which supports local education endeavors.

Put on your 3D glasses and experience the ASC building’s transformation into a moving, morphing, animated 3D masterpiece. This free celebration of digital projection, art, and music will thrill with digital light shows, a dance video, and a projection game.

Girls on the Run 5K

Crestline Village

This race is open to the community, and all runners, walkers, ages and levels are welcome. Joining the race will be over 200 participants of the Girls on the Run program, which inspires young girls to take charge of their lives and define the future on their terms. Afterwards, there will be snacks, music, dancing, and kids’ activities.

Be a mother runner! This 11th annual 5K and Fun Run benefits the Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation. Celebrate our ovarian cancer survivors and remember those we miss at the race, which will be followed by activities, food, music, and fun for all.
