Bottle and Bone is a butcher shop, deli, wine shop, and beer store all in one, plus a café. Located in Uptown near the Westin, guests can dine at the café and take wine and beer back to their ice buckets. And locals can dine in or take home beverages and meats to grill for dinner.
Today we pop in for lunch and order at the counter. I would like to pair my meal with a glass of wine, but only a wine flight is available unless I purchase a bottle off the shelf and wait for it to chill. So we opt for a pint of Good People Pale Ale and pair it with the Boudin Burger. On their new charcoal grill, our fresh-ground, grass-fed beef patty is grilled while we wait. It arrives hot and juicy on a brioche bun topped with a boudin sausage patty, secret sauce, pickles, and pickled onion. A side of our choice—potato salad—balances the meaty meal.
