Simplifying the family meal.

Cooking for a family can be a huge challenge that leaves you feeling like you’re always making compromises.

In Me, You, and the Kids, Too, Renee Elliott makes family cooking easy.  She shows that you don’t have to cook different recipes to please everyone at the table, and that you never have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition to create meals without stress.

Elliott gives you delicious recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and baked treats that your family will adore and shows you how to tweak each one so you can make versions of that same meal even for infants.

I found this to be one of the best “home-cooking” books I’ve seen in years.  It is a very family-friendly, and most important, a very cook-friendly work with great photography and simple recipes.  Elliott is a genius.

Foodimentary Food Facts:

  • Did you know that one in three meals that American children eat are from fast-food restaurants?
  • One in five American meals are eaten in vehicles.
  • In the past 18 months, home cooking has increased two percent per month and seems to be on trend to maintain that pace for the rest of the decade.
