Eat This: Jim ‘N Nick’s Hickory Smoked Spare Ribs

There’s no need to fire up the grill for my Memorial Day gathering. Rain or shine, I bring home Jim ’N Nick’s hickory smoked spare ribs instead. Offered by the half slab or whole slab, my guests will tend to add a few ribs to their plates—like a side dish—even if they select another option as their main dish.

I order multiple slabs from their Community Meals menu. Here, I can order a rib meal for six, 12, or 18 people, which includes coleslaw, potato salad, or baked beans. Each Jim ’N Nick’s slab is meaty, flavorful, and tender to the bone. I serve the ribs with my favorite Jim ’N Nick’s made-from-scratch barbecue sauce, Original Concoction.
