White Chocolate Parfait

On New Year’s Eve, 26 featured a delightful new dessert—White Chocolate Parfait.  Now back, by popular demand, is this lovely parfait. It is the featured dessert for the month of February, including Valentine’s Day. The white, creamy cylinder shaped parfait is topped with dark chocolate curls, and encircled with pistachios pieces, brandied cherries and their ripe, red juice. One spoonful, and it tastes as pretty as its presentation. Crunchy nuts, tart cherries, creamy, and light parfait meld with dark chocolate, balancing flavors and textures of each bite. And the dessert is served on a large plate, perfect for sharing with your Valentine.
