Q & A
What is the key to a successful outcome in a family law case?
“No one wants lawyers involved with their families forever. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, long-term solutions that avoid continued litigation wherever possible, and we often utilize mental health experts, mediators, and other creative avenues to assist with reaching those solutions.”
What do you think is the most important quality in a family lawyer?
“Integrity. We know how much our clients depend on our advice, and how important their children, their homes, and their financial stability are to them. Family law clients need attorneys who are focused on the client’s best interests first and foremost, and who have the experience to provide honest advice so that clients have realistic expectations and don’t waste time, energy, or money on impossible or counterproductive goals.”
