Total on 1st Advanced Clinical Spa (Total on 1st) — an extension of Southside-based Total Skin & Beauty Dermatology Center — announced during a celebratory Ribbon Cutting ceremony that it will open its doors in a phased capacity beginning Monday, May 2 and leading to a full services launch Monday, June 6. When open, Total on 1st will serve as the only medical spa of its kind located in the Downtown Birmingham area.
Located on the first floor of the historic Woodward Building on the corner of 1st Ave and 19th Street North, Total on 1st is a combination aesthetic medical center and day spa providing nonsurgical aesthetic medical services and spa treatments. Clients can book services such as massage therapies, facials, skin and body treatments, cosmetic injectables, laser treatments and more and will have access to a full retail skincare center onsite. From May 2 until Total on 1st’s full services launch on June 6, individuals and small groups will have access to select products and procedures, with enhanced offerings provided weekly during the spa’s initial, phased ramp-up. Unique to Total on 1st is the ability to book not only private spa parties but also custom blowouts in the spa’s dry bar.
