Attorney Evan Rosemore joined Southern Med Law in 2016. Much of his practice centers on improving patient safety in the American health system. Evan represents individuals and closely held businesses in litigation, trials, and appeals. His areas of practice include medical negligence, medical device, pharma, appellate law, car crashes, business disputes, tortious interference, trademark, fraud, and insurance bad faith.
Marc J. Mandich joined the firm in 2019. Marc specializes in medical negligence, products liability, maritime law, defamation and reputational torts, insurance and insurer bad-faith litigation and appeals. Marc is an accomplished appellate advocate and has argued several cases before the United States Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
