An avid supporter of people and education, Karen Bruce often helps make connections or encourages others to reach higher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management and a master’s degree in Organizational Management. Currently serving as the Annual Gift Officer for Faulkner University, Karen spent the past seven years as the campus director overseeing academics and operations for the school’s Birmingham campus. Previous professional work includes secondary education, various nonprofits, human resources, sales and account management. Karen is a board member for America’s First Federal Credit Union and is active with Hoover Service Club, Leadership Hoover, EWI Birmingham, Women’s Business Council and others.
