Ghion Hall is an Ethiopian Restaurant at the Pizitz Food Hall in Downtown Birmingham. The owner Amanshiva Takele, born in Ethiopia, has always been in the family restaurant business. He has called Birmingham home for the last two years. This shop would be the local cafe in Ethiopia yet in Birmingham it offers tastes up traditional Lamb, lentils, yellow beans, and spiced In a way that is uniquely Ethiopian. Not only that but you eat with your fingers and use this bread called teff to sop up all of the great taste. So dive in and enjoy yourself at the Pizitz Food hall.
